At Tiger-Rock Martial Arts, Shreya served across three distinct roles: social media manager, martial arts instructor, and national taekwondo competitor. Her work connected firsthand athletic experience with student instruction and audience growth.
The academy served roughly 300 students at a time, while Shreya instructed and supported a much larger cumulative student community across her years there. She created social content reaching roughly 71K monthly views, supported staff and front-desk workflows, judged events, and represented the academy as a national-level competitor.
Working across competition, instruction, and social media strengthened her ability to lead with clarity, communicate to different audiences, and turn an active in-person community into engaging digital content.
